Ανακαινισμένο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Καθαριότητα ικανοποιητική. Το συγκρότημα δωματίων είναι ένας ωραίος χώρος, με υπέροχη αυλή και πολύ περιποιημένο εξωτερικό χώρο. Επίσης διαθέτει πολύ κοντά ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης.

Η απόσταση από την θάλασσα είναι μικρή (περίπου 3 λεπτά περπάτημα) αλλά στην επιστροφή έχει αρκετή ανηφόρα. Σίγουρα όμως η παροχή υπηρεσιών του καταλύματος αντισταθμίζει το συγκεκριμένο μειονέκτημα.
