"Hotel with a pretend to luxury. Lower your expectations in shoulder season."

7.0

We stayed as a B&B option with breakfast and lodging. For a family getaway of 8 nights, in the shoulder season, this hotel was good. Filling breakfast (but not super fresh), convenient grocery store nearby, private beach line (even though we didn't swim in the sea as it was super cold), gorgeous views from the villa with a sea view, a playground with more room to run around, a spa, and a gym.

- When we got there, I was so unpleasantly surprised that our room didn't have any kitchen supplies; no pots or pans, or basic cutlery. Despite the fact that there is a kitchennette with a stovetop, a fridge, and even a dishwasher, it was empty. Just some messily thrown teabags, but not even a kettle. It was hard to communicate when we got in at 11pm because the usual staff wasn't there, and no one could speak English. - Another surprise when we got there: the ad on Booking was saying that we'll have 5 (FIVE!!!) sleeping places, but we had only two double beds in two rooms. Yes. There was a sleeping sofa too available but it didn't have any bed linen or blankets/pillows. So we had to ask that too. I was hoping that everyone in my family would be able to get a proper bed and was sorry to have to put someone out of such restraint to a couch. - Breakfast was okay. Not a buffet. Unsure if it's a seasonal feature, but a plate with meze comes first with a bread. Mezes can appear a little stale. Then eggs of your choice and drinks. We got served once and rarely got asked if we wanted more coffee. Eggs is a separate story, because staff interpreted the order to their liking. They may have done their best with the limited knowledge they have of English but when I ask for a hard boiled egg and they bring me a softy where even the egg white is running, I can't have my young child eat it. - Spa and gym: spa is gorgeous... If it's open. Another issue in this hotel is communication. Yes, they may have very few guests but printing a schedule of maintenance would be awesome or opening hours. We had full facilities experience for a half of our stay, for the rest they started maintenance and turned off, first, the cold pool, then Turkish baths, then hammam and sauna. All without notices or communication on the doors at least to say what/when to expect.

Чудесен хотел, препоръчвам го горещо. Миналата година го посетихме с приятелки и също останахме много доволни. Апартаментите и вилите са невероятни!

"It was the most beautiful and serene property with an even better view. Being vegetarian and staying for a duration of 2"

6.0

The view and layout of the property on an elevated hill gives you the most amazing view of the landscape.

It was labelled as self-catering but had absolutely zero equipments, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Upon request they sent used pots and pans with a black greasy layer. Needless to say I bought my own pots and pan from the local Migros. The key frustration was that they said we can request it but usually they expect guest to eat at one of their restaurants despite of publishing the room as self catering. It did have all the facilities, hob, oven kettle, etc so either they have listed it incorrectly or they need to step up their game.

"Poorly equipped villas and poor customer service but comfortable beds and spacious rooms"

5.0

Spa facilities are reasonable. The villas are quite spacious and comfortable beds

The villas have nothing in the kitchen. No crockery, utensils, nothing. Misleading on the website as it states fully equipped. The spa is lovely but is only open 0930-1800. Female receptionist was incredibly rude

"Beautiful Location, But Serious Issues With Hygiene, Food & Service"

5.0

We stayed at Sianji during winter and while the property itself is beautiful, there were several serious issues that need to be addressed. Starting with the positives: The natural surroundings are fantastic. The sea view, nature, and overall environment are truly beautiful and peaceful. The room itself was nice, comfortable, and the location of the property is excellent. In terms of scenery and atmosphere, Sianji has great potential. However, unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives for us. The biggest concern was hygiene, especially in the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen appeared dirty and not hygienic. Breakfast food did not feel fresh, and the quality of cooking was poor. There was a strong bad oil smell during breakfast, which gave the impression that cooking oil was being reused. This was very unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We raised these concerns with the staff several times, but no clear response or action was taken. Questions were often ignored or left unanswered, which made the situation more frustrating. Another major issue was room comfort during winter. The room was not warm enough despite it being cold outside. For a resort of this category, proper heating in winter is essential. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were missing. There was no soap, shampoo, body wash, or basic toiletries in the bathroom. Even after requesting these items multiple times, we never received them. This is unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a premium wellness resort. Communication was also a challenge. Very few staff members speak English, and most struggled with basic communication. This made it difficult to raise concerns, ask questions, or resolve issues. For an international resort welcoming guests from abroad, this is a serious service gap.
