The situation is fantastic The staff always polite and helpful if some need a bit more Training on waiting tables and taking drinks orders Lots of space and loungers Decks out into the sea were perfect

*Unsupervised children running around dining area. Parents ignoring and staff not doing anything *Water in plastic bottles - need to get either organised with water filters that people can fill up bottles with *No toilets by the pool so have to go into main building in swimwear...not comfortable doing so *Toilets in main building doors dont lock and no doors closed so can see other gender in the opposite facility *Cold Chips!! Every time. The warming dish was stone cold but others worked

The resort view and landscape was wonderful. The staff very kind and cooperative specially Cieda (the reservation manager) she is very welling about the residents and helpful. The concierge person Sami was very helpful and friendly.

Variety of food

It was one the worst properties I have come across. The Images can only be described as fake as they do not reflect the real structure in any way shape or form. The structure is old and run down, sleeping in an outdoor tent would be much better than staying at this facility.

1- all of the wellness Activities marketed on their website and social media are non existent from Yoga classes in the open to the nutritional diets. All what I experienced was an open buffet with fried food and basic quality of pastries ect… and loud music where you feel you are on a spring break University cheap party. 2- The beach is dirty with cigarette buds, unclean sun beds, some had remains of food and dirty bins with trash in. Dirty water full of Algae’s and big rocks. 3- zero service, everything i needed I had to get ir myself from towels to water to taking my suitcases to my room… literally A hostel would be a better description for this hotel. 4- The Hotel didn’t have proper Air conditioning in its halls and reception area and smelled awful. Rooms smelled like sewages. 5- the room was beyond dirty, bedsheets were dirty and never replaced. Dust everywhere, bathroom left to its own grace. The room was so dirty that I cried in despair. 6- Staff doesn’t speak a word of english and at every opportunity tries to trick you into paying more.

Most of the time no hot water in the room. You need to call for hot water to start and need to wait..When hot water starts some bad brown water comes. Very unpleasant staff with rude answers. Pool smells like sewage. On sunbeds some left over food was waiting since days. No need to say check in and check out is an adventure. Good luck if you stay in this place..we truly regret.

I come from England and my girlfriend Denmark. Expectation met and beyond. Great service from all the staff. The manager - Cedua was delight to be around. She was very kind and upgraded our room. Concierge lady was great with organising what was ask of her. Service team in the Resturant Omar and rafer was always on point especially. Anything we needed was immediately taken care of. Location was great. Beautiful beach. Clean. Perfect sunsets. Cleaning team did a great job. Always on top of things.

Transport team let me down on arrival. The driver did not manage to help my girlfriend. She was alone for 1 hour on her own When we got in the viano. The driver could not turn the music on unfortunately. The system did not work. English from the gentleman was minimum. Maybe the only let down of our time at the resort if honest. Knowing English speaking people are attending the hotel. I think it would be helpful for more staff to understand English. Sometimes there was big communication barrier. I’m sure this could be improved to make everyone’s life’s easier. Although the place is great. I absolutely love bodrum.
