Sudden electric when we check in ( night ) Parking issue with previous tenant

- Basic kitchen utensils are provided - The bathroom ventilation works well & is clean - Nice view from the unit, especially the sunrise in the morning - Fast and stable Wi-Fi - There are a few shops downstairs for short-term necessities (although the mall itself is quite quiet) - Smooth & well-guided check-in process, fast response from the owner Room type: Superior Apartment

- No water purifier (only an electric kettle provided) - No washing machine in the unit - Some bedsheets & blankets had visible stains, although they appeared to be clean (the marks seem permanent) - No carpet or rug in the unit, the floor feels quite cold, especially when the air conditioner is on - No prayer mat (sejadah) provided, guests need to bring their own Room type: Superior Apartment

We liked the sea view, although covered by dirty windows. A lot of rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen got complete appliances, but not sure of the cleanliness of water filter provided.

Tv cannot be accesed easily enough. After a long day of travelling we want to unwind by watching tv. But it was hard to do, and we give up to try make the tv work. Also, the blinds is almost detached from the ceiling. Hard to open and close the blinds. Privacy issue whenever we saw drone being flown around the building. Also safety issue, what if the ceiling fall down on us while we are having a bath.

Near to town only.

Bathroom- lighting very deemed. Lift/avelator facilities very bad.

冷气很冷，床很舒服，站在阳台看风景一级棒。

主人房厕所里的地砖很滑，一定要小心尤其是老人家。

Kelengkapan dapur tak cukup..Tak ada Washing mesin, tak ada microwave utk panaskn makanan. Sofa diruang tamu x selesa utk diduduk.. Balconi x ada disediakan kerusi utk rehat2 sambil tgk laut. Utk unit B-23- 01 sy akan blacklist.

Lift Service can be improved , most the time one lift was not operational and almost all the time we need to wait for long to take up the lift.
