Panoramic Penthouse with Rooftop Terrace & Parking for 2 Cars

-Location. Very central, district 7 (all the bars and restaurants) just around the corner, convenient connections. - Spacious property, good to stay for a family with kids or 2couples of friends

- as we were arriving by rather early flight, we were asking several times for early check-in. The apartment was not booked the day before, we offered additional payment proportional to early check-in hours, but the owners (agency) could not care less. - there is no storage room, so if you arrive early, be prepared to spend half of the day dragging your luggage together with you. - apartment has 3 floors: kitchen and living room on the first, bedrooms on the second and the terrace on the third. Quite a lot of stairs to climb back and forth.

Parking, sa 2 placena parking mesta, nije bio omogucen, nisu ostavili kljuc od garaze. Lose iskustvo na samom dolasku. Bez komunikacije sa vlasnikom, agencijom. Razocaranje.

Locația a fost foarte frumoasa si nu ne-a deranjat nimeni

Sa specificat in anunț 2 locuri de parcare și de fapt oferă doar unul dintre ele plus că codul de la interfon nu l-am primit sau nu a fost bun colțarul din living sa specificat că este extensibil nu a fost plus că nu am primit telecomanda de la ușă de la garaj

The apartment is very spacious with nice furniture. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. We had more than we could have needed in the kitchen area. The bed were very comfortable and clean. Wonderful terrace.

You have to go around the building at the parking door the get the key for the apartment. The entrance in the building isn't very nice, you have to go around people seated at the ground floor terrace and a construction site. Even though I have received many messages from the property (requesting ID details for all guests, providing information on where we would find the keys) we weren't told that for accessing the parking we needed to pay a deposit of 30 euros before our arrival. I didn't the payment upon our arrival, but we had to pay on hour in the vicinity, waiting for the parking key. They returned the deposit 5 days after our check out. The communication with the people handling the property was poor, with delays and no consideration for the guests. There is no air conditioning. There were 35 degrees outside upon our arrival and 34 in the apartment.

The Location was great and the flat was clean, modern with pretty good facilities. Just needed a handyman to fix a few things.

No air conditioning (30 degrees in bedrooms) with only a fan, broken shutter blinds in one of the bedrooms and top tray in dishwasher was loose so when it was pulled out to put items in, the runners came off. The light didn’t work in our bedroom or in the walk in wardrobe.

Large apartment on three floors leading to a large very nice terrace. Well equipped. Good location. Very quiet. Clear access instructions.

We had to wait for cleaning until 3pm checkin . Eventually we got into the apartment whereupon the cleaners arrived. So we had to leave the apartment which messed up our day. They offered a 'late' checkout at 12am but then on the departure day the cleaners arrived at 10am. Very disorganised. We reported a lighting problem but the agents at first expected us to wait for the workman. Then they said they could come when we were out so we gave them a time slot but they didn't come. The large walk-in shower water outlet was blocked so we had to use the bath shower. We had given up expecting things to be fixed. So in conclusion very nice apartment but the agents are disorganised.

Fabulous facilities

We thought there were two full bathrooms which we always book for two couples travelling

Location was within easy reach of centre of Budapest as well as a wide range of restaurants and bars. Large property in good condition with good roof terrace. View from balcony and roof terrace good. Access easy once you were it was.

Management company was hopeless and let property down. Entrance to apartment was in different street to address and directions provided didn't state this. Could have been easy. TV use needed code which wasn't provided. Pots and pans dirty. Apartment could be noisy.
