Nice town, with adventurous activities all all around (10km radius). Town full of nice places to eat, watch sport and tey something new. Plenty of shops all in the main street.

Details was not updated, so even after receiving confirmation, we struggled to find the keys/owner. It was 100% luck that we managed to get a hold of someone after driving around and asking locals. The DB board blew up during the first night stay, there is backup power, but not for the heating systems, kettle etc. Had to eat out everytime as we could not prep our food. Not someone to ask for a refund after staying the full period, so won't, but if there ever was a time that I felt deserving of one, this will be it. Few extra issues: Some furniture is more worn than shown in the images. Jacuzzi did not work No apology message after all the issues or follow-up about the stay Loose electrical wires going into the property running along the driveway (don't take kids) No house keeping as advertised Come to think of it, it was terrible.

When it loadsheds, the mains trips and there is no instructions or heads up on how to rectify this. We spent a very cold night with no power. Extremely unpleasant.

The location is absolutely perfect. 100% dog friendly and well fenced. Caretaker very helpful.

The outside area with the braai is very spacious and comfortable and it's very close to all the local bars, shops and restaurants. Big thank you to Jacques who is very friendly and welcoming.

They are busy with renovations but once that is over the place is perfect.
