There was not anything to dislike

My partner and I stayed one night here and I honestly cannot fault it. It's easy to find, especially with the hosts detailed instructions. The property itself was beautiful. It had a great sized bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sun room. The facilities were great, especially having a hob in the kitchen, kettle, fridge, dining table, microwave and sun room with a TV. My partner connected his hdmi cable to the TV and we watched our favourite show. I got up early and watched the sun come up in the sun room, saw various wildlife including a bird of prey. It was so peaceful sitting there sipping my freshly brewed coffee watching TV and the abundance of wildlife! Lynne was a wonderful host, who gave clear instructions and was friendly without being overbearing. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the pillows perfect! I could go on forever, but my point is, is that we both really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place. We'll definitely visit again if we're staying around Chester.

The only issue I found, which wasn't a huge issue at all; the signage which says 'private' confused me as I wasn't sure if it meant private property to others or private property to guests arriving. I ended up going the wrong way around the property because of this and felt that I'd invaded personal space without realising. All I would suggest is maybe a clearer sign to guests which says 'guests entrance', which could avoid confusion. Other than that I have no other issues at all.

The facilities were fantastic. The host met us and welcomed us to the property.
