En-suite shower difficult to use.

Excellent size and space for an apartment. Great instructions and correspondence with the owner. Very clean and well stocked. Poggibonsi isn’t the most charming town but has everything needed and is strategically placed in Tuscany - 15 mins to San Giminano, 45 to Florence and great wineries around everywhere.

Great location and Marco is a great host.

There was only one air condition in the kitchen. The bedrooms can get fairly hot. The en suite is a wet room and quite small.

Luxury!!! Beautiful apt, state of the art, very warm, cozy and comfortable. Three minute walk from train station. Easy driving into the Chianti and Tuscany regions. Wonderful communication with the host. Would definitely go back.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!

Gorgeous house with every amenity imaginable and beautifully decorated. . Plus a super wine collection. And Marco was such an obliging and wonderful host - always quick to answer messages and leaving voicemails. Delightful!

The house is up 5 flights of stairs and is a challenge if you have lots of luggage or are unfit. We were ok though! Totally worth it!

The apartment was just as the photos showed. But even bigger! Beautifully furnished and many extra details for our comfort. Would especially be great if travelling with kids - two of the bedrooms are down the hall and able to be shut off from the living area with a door. So putting younger kids to bed would be convenient if you’d like to stay up later. The wine collection available for purchase was such a nice touch and so convenient. Marco really knows his wines and can help you make a choice. He was very helpful and available at all times. The location was perfect for our Tuscany experience. We did many day trips with a car, but the apartment is located only a four minute walk from the bus and train stations, so it’s a perfect quiet spot to base your travels and to come home to each night. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! If you’re on the fence, don’t be - book it!

Beautiful home in a great location for exploring Tuscany. Marco is a great host and also offered an amazing selection of wines for our enjoyment.

Really big apartment, great facilities and super comfortable. Location was great for us to explore surrounding Tuscany areas. Marco is really friendly and it was lovely having a wine selection to purchase in the apartment!
