Alojamiento espacioso, limpio, bien comunicado con el centro, buena zona. Carrefour marketing cerca y Pizzeria Locale muy buena.

Siempre se podría ajustar un poco más el precio, aunque está bastante bien. Es una pena que no tenga licencia para dar desayuno. Sería estupendo.

Всё понравилось! Чисто, всё в пешей доступности! Самое главное, есть парковка. Хозяин отеля, очень приятный человек, посоветовал, где можно вкусно поесть, что посмотреть.

Die Lage war super, der private Parkplatz ebenfalls. Das Zimmer ideal, nur der Geruch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und es war teilweise sehr laut von den Bewohnern über uns. Früh Morgens wie auch spät Abends. Der Aufenthalt war aber insgesamt empfehlenswert, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. 💖

Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer war schön.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this apartment in Genoa! The place is very clean, well-equipped, and located in a great area – close to everything you need. But what truly made the difference was the host. The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She helped me with an unexpected situation – a parking fine – and immediately offered to assist me with paying it, even though in the end it wasn’t necessary. It was the kind of gesture that says everything about how warm and hospitable she is. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Not just for its comfort, but especially for the kindness of the host. Thank you again for everything! Ho avuto un’esperienza assolutamente meravigliosa in questo appartamento a Genova! Il posto è molto pulito, ben attrezzato e situato in una zona eccellente – vicino a tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Ma ciò che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata l’host. 🌟💖🏡 La signora che ci ha accolto è stata incredibilmente gentile e premurosa. Mi ha aiutato con una situazione imprevista – una multa per parcheggio – e si è offerta subito di aiutarmi a pagarla, anche se alla fine non è stato più necessario. È stato quel tipo di gesto che dice tutto su quanto sia calorosa e ospitale. Consiglio questo posto con tutto il cuore! Non solo per il comfort, ma soprattutto per la gentilezza dell’host.
