一樓櫃檯的姊姊和哥哥非常友善！東西疑似遺失時給予很大的幫忙，房務打掃的姊姊也很友善，房間基本一塵不染，配置規劃與燈光都十分舒服，電視的Netflix甚至有中文字幕，離地鐵和公車站都很近，十分推薦！
