Could do with a proper hairdryer… but a minor point really.

When it comes to the pros, the apartment is certainly nice, there is a nice terrace and a patio. Nice cats came to us next to the apartment. The apartment is close to the centre.

Unfortunately, we didn't like a few things during our stay. The most important thing I warn you about is that you wanted to cheat us by making us pay a tourist tax of 36 euros, despite the fact that this tax was included in the amount of the reservation of the facility. The Lord told us to leave the money on the table when we left, without a receipt. We reported this matter to the tourist office and to booking.com! Of the other not nice things: the Internet did not work for the whole of our stay (7 days), the TV also did not work because the internet and the remote control did not work. The extension links are very dangerous because sparks flew when attaching and unfastening the chargers. The dryer only worked for a few seconds, then it didn't. One night I ran out of warm water so I had to sleep in the washing liquid because there was only icy water. I think more coffee would be useful for such a long stay than for 1 day. Besides, there was only 1 garbage bag, 1 dirty sponge, so we had to buy everything. Due to the non-working Internet, we also had to buy a package privately. Despite reporting all the inconveniences, the gentleman from the facility was not interested in the matter. The worst part was that you wanted to cheat us for money!

Location is amazing. Apartment is very cosy and very clean. WiFi and netflix was a real plus for my children.

A bit warm, air cooling would be a cool addition

Great location right in the old city. Beautiful design, very spacious, you will find everything you might need: iron, hairdryer, microwave, dishes, coffee machine.

It could have been cleaned better. We had only one blanket for 2 people, not very comfortable. Since it's located in the center, all people are going down the street at night, and it's VERY noisy, like they are talking inside the room. But you can't do anything about it, this is the price for the good location. So bring your own earplugs. Also, two cats are living at the same building. I love cats a lot, but the smell outside the apartment was so strong that it was impossible to have breakfast outside at the terrace.

Great location and walkable access to the main tourist street, waterfront, and upper college/food/bar area. It's also right by the train station. Beware it's a loud location overall, but we expected that when booking. Responsive host, clean room/bedding/sheets, had basic kitchen necessities. Would book again!

Appartment offers everything you need (including possibility to cook and terrace). It is located very central (supermarkt, shops, restaurants, main-station, metro). Very good starting point for trips in the city or out of town.

Bedroom is extremely noisy due to parties around all night. Especially at the weekend we could not sleep. Door handles in the bathroom are falling away, have to be repaired or replaced. Two cats were living very close to our appartment (with cat-house) and joined us when sitting on the terrace. Problem for people who don't like cats or have an allergy! We also watched a dog living in a neighbour-appartment although this is forbidden.
