מיקום המלון היה מעולה ליד הנחל וקרוב לשבילי טיול

לא אהבנו את התייחסות המלון לטעות שקרתה. עשו דאבל בוקינג על החדר שלנו. הכינסו חבורת ילדים לחדר כשלא היינו בלי לבדוק שהחדר כבר פנוי(שהינו שם כבר ארבעה לילות). הילדים שנכנסו לחדר נגעו לנו בדברים , אכלו לנו את האוכל שהיה לנו במקרר והתנגבו במגבות שלנו. הפקידה בקבלה היתה חביבה והבינה את הטעות. אך הטיפול של המלון באירוע היה לקוי . אמנם הוציאו את הילדים מהחדר, אך לא הציעו לנו חדר חלופי, החליפו מצעים ומגבות רק לאחר שביקשנו. ולא קיבלנו פיצוי שכל מקום אירוח שרוצה שאורחים יחזרו אליו ומכבד את עצמו היה צריך לתת. לכן אנחנו לא ממליצות על המקום
