It was impossible for us to find by ourselves. We had to get in contact with the staff to find us and take us there. There should be instructions given

Everything about the stay was amazing. The air conditioning was so cold and refreshing. It was spotless. The room was decorated perfectly. I loved everything about the property.

Great location, a bit tricky to find at first but with the help of the staff we found it! The room has everything you need including a fridge.

The location is really good and the room was very complete with air conditioning and mini-fridge. The person Who received us was very Gentle.

The place is very difficult to find. We needed to arrive before 19h, because otherwise they would charge us and there were no instructions on how to arrive. We tried, google maps, Apple Maps, asking the people nearby, and nothing. They had to send a person to look for us. I didn’t like the check-in and check-out hours. Check-in is only until 19h. They have the keys in lockers outside the house but they don’t provide the code: a person needs to welcome you. Check-out is at 9:30 am, which is really early. We wanted to go have breakfast and then come back to pick our stuff and it was not possible.

Comfy bed. Great location. Hosts were kind.

The route that the maps takes you to reach the accom is quite complicated but really the walk is less then 10 minutes from the train station. It would be great if the hosts gave us info prior to arriving to make this experience easier. Apart from that, it was great x

Great location and cozy. Room had a fully equipped kitchenette. Was a struggle to find the place, the coordinates for google maps: 44.098704,9.738040

No windows made it a bit dark inside.

The location was so great! The hosts were friendly and very accommodating as well. There was also air conditioning which is great for Italy. Overall, the visit was great with some minor hiccups.

The check in process was weird, we had to go to the hosts personal apartment (right by the train station) to pay, even though we already put the card info in on booking.com. The original room we were put in did not lock all the way and there was no wifi or service inside the room. We expressed our concerns and the hosts were gracious enough to move our room. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The room was freezing and very hard to sleep in. There was also very limited hot water.
