Very disjointed from the middle of town. But convenient to the train station.

Having to wait over an hour for communication from the owner about where the unit was. There was a problem with plumbing at our original booking and they had to move us to another location. However no-one bothered to ring us and give us clear instructions about where to meet them. We waited in a bar in town for over an hour, (which was near the original booking) I sent them a photo of wear we were waiting and noone responded. Very frustrating.

Hard to find

My friend lost his passport and we couldn’t fly. Not only was our holiday ruined but we spent the time dealing with the embassy instead. I asked the hotel to make an exception and they would not. Not even one day refund. They just kept the money. It would be something if we chose not to come but we couldn’t get there and had an emergency. No empathy and they had plenty of time to rebook the room as I gave them 5 days notice.

The location is perfect.

Not easy to find: when you exit the station, at the entrance of the tunnel, take the elevator to level one. Keep walking on your right and once you are on the terrace, enter the location on Google maps. Our only one window faced a wall and stairs. Noisy as we were sleeping right next the main entrance.
