Good location close to seafront. Clean

Bedroom uncomfortably small. Even for one person not ideal having to get into bed from the bottom. No bedside table or lamp presumably because bed takes up the entire room. Shower also very small. Basically a large room has been turned into a tiny apartment but it's all a bit of a squash.

It was an ideal location for the reason we were in Llandudno

The shower was very small and the bathroom towels were just hand towels not large enough for showering. Another problem we encountered was the lack of phone signal during the times that staff were contactable and this is not a new thing as we have been attending the transport festival for a number of years now and phone signal has always been a problem this is why we didn't contact management about issues

The flat was lovely and clean. Everything was present that you would need for your stay. Karen was super helpful and accommodating. And the instructions provided were excellent. It was a seamless check in.

We didn't dislike anything. The only thing was that the shower cubicle is very small. As a 6ft man it was a super squeeze so if you are a little on the curvier side or taller it would be a struggle. The location is lovely and very near the sea front. But if you struggle with walking, it's a 25 minute walk to the centre where the bars/restaurants and pier etc. Just something for those who struggle with mobility to be aware of. Otherwise, everything was lovely!

Everything was first class excellent service very friendly and helpful.will definitely book again .
