Sea Breeze House

The host was excellent with communication and was very helpful with our transfer arrangements. The property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our 18 hour stay. Interiors were simple but tastefully decorated. Loved that there were numerous, quality cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a supermarket and chemist just around the corner. A quiet location.

The beds were a bit firm for what we are used to.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Very spacious for 4 people. The host was very responsive and communicative, so the check in and check out were smooth.

Location isn't the best, but it's serviceable for a stay near airport. There's tons of convenient stores nearby.

The property was immaculately clean, spacious and in an ideal location. Nancy the host was extremely friendly and helpful and her communication was first class. We stayed for one night prior to flying home and the property is very convenient to FCO airport, the beach, harbour and many bars and restaurants. We would have loved to stay longer! Would highly recommend.

A confortabil property , just 5 min to walk to the sea and 2 min to the supermarket. It was very easy to check in.

The best A/C of our whole trip in Italy. Plenty of space to pack up our bags before a morning flight out of FCO. Close to the airport and short walk to beach, canal and restaurants. Owner was responsive and provided a wealth of information.

What a lovely place! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Well equipped and modern too. Nancy was a great host who communicated promptly. Close to the airport which was convenient for our flight the next day. I highly recommend Nancy’s place!
