Spacious apartment in the center

It was the best place we have ever stayed and everything was perfectly prepared for the guests. I can feel the warm heart of the host throughout the accommodation, so I definitely want to come back again. The market and attractions were close to the accommodation, so sightseeing was easy.

Just I can say .....it was super...... awesome house will be fully furnished. Welcome drinks, tea coffee and snacks are also provided by the owner. Any kind of help we got from the owner

Host was very friendly and helpful. She even provided some drinks to welcome us. Apartment is less than 15 minutes walk from the docks and castle.

The wooden floor creaks a bit.

The contact with Josipa was nice. Even before our stay, we had contact regarding our time of arrival and some other stuff. When we arrived, we were there late in the evening, Josipa was there to welcome us and we got a tour of the apartment. The apartment was very nice and very clean when we arrived. The picturs on here don’t show what a wonderfull apartment it is. Like the title says, very spacious and cozy at the same time. There is a supermarket at 5 minutes walk maximum, the beach, keep in mind it is a sand beach, is about maximum 15 minutes walk and if you want to go out, the clubs are also at walking distance. Club Vanilla is the furthest, with about a 30 minute walk, but a uber is very cheao here. We really enjoyed our stay and the contact.

The accommodation was amazing! The photos don’t do the size of the apartment justice. It is massive. Josipa the host was absolutely incredible, she went out of her way to organise a taxi to and from the airport for us which was the biggest help to us. We appreciate it so much !

We have nothing bad to say about this property!!

Everything we needed was provided and was very clean and spacious. Also has a great location.

In the small bathroom the shower curtain didn’t really stop much water coming out the shower. Not much of an issue though.

Great spacious apartment, well equipped. Short walk from the city centre (and up hill) so just be aware of that.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and Josipa and Anita were very helpful in settling us in on arrival. The location is excellent, only 10mins walk to main transport areas and the city area and near a park with peacocks where a couple of mornings we looked out of the balcony and could see one in our yard! It was great to hear them in the evening :) The apartment is very functional with all you will need in the kitchen (utensils, cutlery, etc) that we had a few meals in the 5 days we stayed in Split and used the laundry facilities. This is a real Croatian home and we settled in so well we felt like locals! Hvala lijepa Josipa! The apartment is on the first floor and the wifi password is also in tiny lettering on the device so take a picture and zoom in if you have trouble interpreting the written note :)

If I could find one negative (and it would be the only one!) is that the bed in the smaller bedroom is actually a folded-out sofa bed which would be fine for one or two nights but for longer stays it is a bit uncomfortable.

Host Josipa is friendly, helpful and understanding. Apartament in real life is bigger than it looks on pictures. Contrary to other opinions hot water is available when you switch on water boiler button. Apartment has everything was is needed.
