לא היה מים חמים במקלחת לא היה מים זורמים בברזים הבעלת הוסטל נועלת את הוסטל כל הלילה ולא מתעוררת מהפעמון בשביל לפתוח לנו בין אם חזרנו מאוחר ובין אם רצינו לקום מוקדם בשביל ללכת להר געש, באופן כללי תחושה לא נעימה בהוסטל לא להגיע לשם אלה אם נתקעתם

J’ai passé 3 semaines à Casa Luna, en dortoir puis en chambre privé. Très confortable et auberge spacieuse. Coup de cœur pour le petit jardin à l’arrière. Possibilité de faire vos machine et vos repas ce qui est un grand +. Le personnel est hyper sympathique et a l’écoute je recommande à 3729%!

我提前一天晚上搬走，员工表示不同意。入住时并未提过离开时需要办什么手续。 同房间也有其他人半夜赶巴士三点退房离开的。 但是我离开时遭到员工阻拦。
