The views and scenery were spectacular

Due to the wind some of the outside debris kept going into the pool, but after messaging the property owner, they quickly had a pool cleaner come and get the pool ready for us.

Loved the privacy and amenities! Quiet neighborhood and very clean. Wonderful laundry facilities and nice kitchen. The pool and spa were the highlight for us.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten ist ausgesprochen ansprechend gestaltet. Es hat Spaß gemacht, hier den ganzen Tag am Pool zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung klappte nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten auch gut. Auf SMS hat Kristiaan immer schnell reagiert. Ich musste nur erst herausfinden, dass es bei mir mit SMS am schnellsten funktionierte, nachdem ich mit meiner in Deutschland gekauften sim-Karte nicht telefonieren konnte. Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde es auch jederzeit erneut mieten.

Leider merkt man dem Haus an, dass wahrscheinlich teilweise "junges Partyvolk" dieses Haus mietet und mit der Einrichtung nicht immer sorgfältig umgegangen ist. An einer Nachttischlampe fehlte der Andrehknopf, bei einer weiteren Lampe war ein Teil des Steckers abgebrochen. Es gab ein kleines Loch im Wandschrank, wo ich mich immer noch frage, wie kommt es dahin. Ein Stück einer Seite im Begrüßungs-Handbuch war herausgerissen, so dass ausgerechnet die WiFi Informationen nicht zu lesen waren. Alles Dinge, die einzeln nicht so ins Gewicht fallen, aber in Masse eben auffallen.

This spot is perfect for anyone visiting Indian Wells to watch tennis! It was a great home base for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and hang out. While we didn't get to take full advantage of the backyard, the hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day of watching tennis. The hosts are lovely to interact with, and even helped us out late at night when we were having difficulty with the front door. A+, will definitely be booking again for our next Indian Wells trip!

Amazing and comfortable place, that is so well equipped for everything (kitchen, bedrooms, lounge room, pool, hot tub, games in the yard, games in the garage, places to hang out outside, blankets, pool towels etc.). Overall, an extremely comfortable and relaxing place to be. The back yard looks stunning, and feels like a private resort. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating and supportive. My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

It was spacious, beautiful, and clean. Loved the decor

So many amenities, hot tub, pool, BBQ, pool table and more. The backyard is beautiful and so relaxing, plenty of seating (huge umbrellas if you need shade) Loved the inside of house too, again so cozy and comfortable. Everything is clean and they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap. The hosts really think of everything. If you want pool or hot tub heated just text them prior or during stay and they will heat it remotely. We hate to leave but plan to book again in the future.

No complaints at all. If you ever have questions hosts answer questions promptly and don’t make you feel like you are bothering them.
