"Disappointing"

Reserved my room on booking, which shows the total price. Upon arriving at facility I was told that I owed another $55USD outside of the price on booking. We booked this property because of the pool which was unaccessible the first day and over half of the second day. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, the bad road condition and changing prices are enough to keep me away!!

The staff, Omar did a great job, but was delivering messages for his boss in regards to the excess charges. The owner never showed his face!

The staff was very helpful , we got lost and took a much longer route so we checkef in after 12 at night. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular and very peaceful.

No hot water in the shower .
