A good location. Maybe 15 min walk to central New Orleans. A large room with an even bigger bathroom. Very clean and tidy.

On arriving there was a huge confrontation happening between guests who thought they were meant to have the place until 2am and the.owner. It was sorted eventually. Other guests arrived later and one particular night were very disrespectful of other tenants even when I asked them to quiet down at 2am they didn't. Weren't there the next night thank goodness.

Very beautiful common space with a fully equipped kitchen. Huge bathroom and access to a private patio. Very walkable to the French Q.

Depending on your luck, you might be alone during your stay or you have to share spaces woth loud or quiet neighbors. My partner and I had a combination of those. There is no recycle bin inside the property or anywhere outside the property. The AC system was dofficult to manage as there are no individual settings per room so you share the AC settings with everyone. Anyone can do and alter the settings at any moment and they sure did. There was also a notification in February that the AC filters should have been changed back in September but weren‘t.

It's just like the picture.Good location within walking distance to the French Quarter. Newly renovated, cozy space with perfect cleanliness. The bathroom is huge and very nice. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook on your own. There are several rooms in the house and the audibility is quite high, take earplugs if it is important for you. Definitely recommend. Ideal value for money ;)
