Nice apartment close to the beach (3 min). Lovely hosts, the family who live downstairs. Appts have two small rooms and big living room. Balcony. Air condition, kitchen - ok. Maybe bathroom need to be improved.

The location was good for the local amenities and the beach although NOT beachfront it was only a 5 minute walk. Apartment was a good size with a dedicated kitchen and small balcony.

The apartment next door was being worked on while we were there so there was loud drilling all through the day and the water was turned off for a couple of hours without prior notice. There was no hairdryer as advertised, the only towels provided were hand towels, there was no spare bedding, no hand soap in the bathroom, no spare toilet rolls, no tea towels and the shower was hand held with only a few of the holes allowing water out. The host was very pleasant but spoke NO English so it was impossible to communicate even with Google translate.

The accommodation is clean, modern and functional. Both of our apartments had a balcony with seating area, working wifi (different login details - so maybe that's how one of the previous comments about wifi not working came about). The hosts are friendly and helpful. City tax is already included in the price and arranged by the host at the nearby info centre (someone wrote here that it is not there and cannot be arranged except through the hosts - not true, it can be done, but it is already included in the price - all arranged by the host). The beach is about 200m away (pebbles). There are other nice beaches within driving distance - e.g. the sandy "big beach" in Ulcijn - ideal for children - beautiful sand. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants (2 excellent ones right in the alley where the guesthouse is located) within a few meters from the accommodation. The kitchens are equipped for easy cooking of lunch or dinner. Functional refrigerators, stoves.. The place wasn´t crowded.

I recommend only your own towel - there are small ones in the accommodation.
