Arima Surf House

Personál nám urobil pobyt v hoteli oveľa príjemnejším. Spoznali sme super ľudí. Naša izba číslo 1 bola super. Všetko bolo čisté. Raňajky boli spoločné super aj káva aj čaj ovocie palacinky vajíčka. Hodnotím pobyt celkovo skvele aj vďaka ľuďom.

Jediná vec je,že je hore na kopci treba sa prejsť. Čo mi vlastne ani tak nevadilo.

Nous avons quitté les lieux sans même y passer une nuit. Le personnel était souriant, mais beaucoup moins par la suite quand nous avons demandé de trouver une solution de compensation.

Avec ma famille nous avons particulièrement surpris et déçu de l'hotel. L'emplacement est très éloigné de tout centre d'intérêt et il est surtout jonché de poubelles, presque insalubre. La chambre qui nous était destiné avec ma femme était au rez de chassé, sans aucune lumière et le personel nous a d'ailleurs indiqué de ne pas ouvrir la toute petite fenêtre car cela sentait mauvais et les chats errants pouvaient rentrer.

The property is nice for summer. If you visit in winter might be chilly without A/c.

The location is hard to find, no signage on the door. The house is in residential area on the mountain - almost impossible to drive by car on the narrow uphill gravel road. The neighborhood is dirty with lots of trash on the streets and at first glance doesn’t look safe. At the accommodation the hosts were not ready for us to arrive.

I received a very warm welcome from Christian who is a volunteer at Arima Surf House. He showed me around the property, gave me some great tips about the area and prepared a hearty breakfast in the morning. Christian remained very helpful and friendly throughout my stay here.

The property is listed as beachfront on booking.com, when it is in fact about 30 minutes walking distance along dusty roads. My room lacked proper ventilation and absorbed alot of moisture, meaning that it always felt damp and had a musty odour. For the above reasons, I didn’t stay here for the full duration of my original booking, but instead moved to a hotel right on the beach.

Aún no me he ido y ya quiero regresar . El alojamiento te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Todo está muy limpio y cuidado, y el ambiente es súper acogedor. La terraza en la azotea con hamacas es una maravilla, especialmente después del desayuno, cuando sale el sol y ese ratito se disfruta muchísimo. O para ver el atardecer 🌅 El desayuno incluido está riquísimo y la relación calidad-precio es excelente. La atención del equipo es cercana y muy amable; he viajado sola y me he sentido acompañada y bienvenida en todo momento.

Como pequeña pega, el alojamiento está un poco alejado del centro del pueblo
