Very easy self-check-in, which was very convenient for us as we arrived after midnight. The apartment looks exactly like in the images, with brand-new furniture. Vedran was very friendly, answered all our questions on WhatsApp, and shared helpful tips and recommendations for places to visit, which we used. I can only say positive things about the host and his willingness to offer guests help and advice.

The most challenging thing for us was that the apartment is located on one of the main shopping streets right in the city center. There are bars and a club (or a place with a long queue every night) right outside the door, which means it can get very noisy at night. I slept with earplugs. However, if you’re coming to Split to experience the nightlife, this place could be perfect for you. In our case, we prefer quiet and relaxing neighborhoods. This was mostly my own oversight, as I booked last minute and didn’t realize how central it was or how active Split’s nightlife is. So, I don’t see it as the host’s responsibility. Another challenge of staying so centrally is that parking can be extremely difficult if you come with a car. Vedran was very helpful and gave us tips on where to park for free, about 15 minutes from the apartment. However, if you want to park close to the apartment to load or unload luggage, it can be tricky during the day. We spent about 30 minutes trying to park near the property without success, so we walked with our suitcases to the free parking spot. Again, this is not something the property is directly responsible for, but it’s helpful to know.

Дуже гарний аппаратамент, чистий і досить комфортний. Власник дуже приємний. Аппаратамент знаходиться в самому центрі, поруч багато ресторанів, і досить близько до моря. Були тільки одну ніч але дуже задоволені. Дякуємо ❤️

Sijainti oli loistava. Huone oli erittäin siisti, tilava ja ilmastointi toimi.
