Short stay - booked as it was close to the airport and allowed me to sleep for a few hours before moving to Moalboal. Air conditioner, bed was comfortable, water available 25 pesos, it was what you would expect for the price. Host was great with communication, right up until my flight landed. Felt safe at the location with 2 security check points. Exactly what I was looking for.

Location near the airport is great. Facilities are fantastic, new gym and pool are great if you have some time to kill before your next flight.

Felt tired and not the cleanest...felt in need of a deep clean. We stayed in another apartment in building C (newer building) and it was immaculate and new for the same price. 'Kitchen' had no way of cooking food/ hob etc.

"Fantastic, helpful and perfect location 😊"

Booked this room as a quick stop for our Cebu Airport transfer. Perfect for people doing early flights or short stays. Room is clean and tidy, bed is comfortable, kitchen stuff complete. Check in and check out is also easy, guard staff at the entrance is helpful and friendly. Would book again.

Nothing, was perfect for what we needed and was as described!
