Better directions needed to locate the property as the online maps weren't precise enough. We weren't the first to go to the wrong building, as the residents had a picture printed out to show anyone that turned up at their door where to find go.

The room was a great size, really comfortable and clean. It was the only place we stayed that had a smart TV which was nice

The iPad to check in didn't work at all so we couldn't get access to our room. We had to call the contact number we were provided which went through to someone who couldn't really understand what I was telling him, who then hung up and eventually called us back. It took about 40 minutes to eventually get access to our room all after doing the online "pre check in" which didn't help us at all. The check in process was frustrating but otherwise it was a good stay.

Fairly good location within walking distance of the main tourist spots. Easy to reach by streetcar/ tram and taxi. Very affordable. Very clean.

Unmanned so a little tricky if you don’t know how to use smart phones etc. No staff but twinned with another hotel 10mins away for bag drop etc…

L’appartement est bien équipé pour deux personnes, y compris pour cuisiner et faire une lessive. Il est situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de tous les centres d’intérêt ( gare, mémorial, musée, jardins) et la promenade toute proche au bord de la rivière est très agréable.

J’ai tout apprécié, juste mieux indiquer l’entrée, un peu cachée dans un recoin. On a dérangé les voisins qui apparemment ont l’habitude!
