Apartamenty Goka Like It Arkadia

I can’t say anything about this apartment, but I do not recommend to deal with it’s host. We have booked apartment in early January for August, when Taylor Swift was in Warsaw with concert. When we arrived at the apartment standing at the gate at 15:00, host informed that apartment was changed for us and we have to go to different location 4km away. Not earlier, no, only when we arrived. We went there, and it appeared that host just gives us his own appartment for a night, instead of booked (and it dors not so nice as the one we booked). To my question why apartment was changed, he answered that he is overbooked. I don’t know how it is possible, i strongly suspect that he just raised the price for the apartment for TS concert weekend and rented it for tripple price to someone elese, because prices in Warsaw for this particular weekend were tripple from normal. We were lost and disapponted, we did not want to stay in someones apartment with all his staff and dust in it. And honestly, i think bedsheets were already used, they didn’t look fresh. Our mistake was that we took keys and allowed host just leave and stayed in the apartment, but after some minutes we put our mind together and decided that we are not staying there, as it is cheating and even nearly not what we have paid for. Thanks to booking, after they failed to contact the host, they just cancelled the booking and money were refunded next day. We found another accomodation option. By the way, the host didn’ answer any of my messages, he just disappeared. Be aware and think twice before having anything to do with this person. I hope booking also will take some actions in respect of unfair behaviour of the host.

It was clean and cozy, more spacious than we were expecting. We enjoyed the location because it was both pretty quiet and yet - close to a shopping centre, restaurants etc. We were worried about driving in Warsaw but this location was easily accesible.

The instructions about getting to the parking lot were unclear, however, the security guard helped us (even with the language barrier).

Nice modern apartment with friendly hostess. Cute balcony facing communal garden.

Please note the key to the apartment should be picked up from a security room but the person in charge is not always there to give it to you! We had to wait for half an hour to find the guy. Also you can hear the neighbors if they are loud.
