Location was very good with easy access to a large car park . Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was clean.

The noise next door woke me at 3.15am. Had to go out and bang on their door. They eventually quitened down. But walls must be quite thin. Carpet was very stained and old looking. A lotto damage on walls.

The owners were very helpful when we requested a kettle to make tea in our room

Perfect for my trip. Easy to find, great location, comfy bed, great shower, nice big room, clean sheets, Wifi and privacy. Added bonus its above the Chinese restaurant, so I could grab some dinner if i didn't want to go out again. The staff were around if I needed them. Breakfast can be booked but I didn't bother. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the accommodation.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the the room, this should be standard. There was ni drinking glass in the room, I was therefore unable to get a drink of water during the night.

Over priced. Up over a Chinese restaurant, rooms smelling of food. Rooms smelling of dirty toilet. Just a very greacie feel to the place.

Location was excellent, central to everything.
