Palazzo Saba Tirabora Short Rent

Il soggiorno molto ampio e spazioso. Finestre grandi. La cucina pulita e funzionale. Mi è piaciuta la parte del check in online e l’autonomia nel prendere le chiavi. Di recente ristrutturazione.

Visto il check-in online , si poteva evitare di farlo di nuovo in presenza dovendo fare una tappa in più(o ci sono dei regolamenti che lo obbligano?). Consiglio il check-in un po’ anticipato (ore 14 e non 15). Non mi è piaciuta la troppa tecnologia (infatti il portone d’ingresso ,che ha l’apertura digitale, non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto usare le chiavi), noi ci siamo chiusi dentro in camera per una maniglia-tecno non funzionante (e quindi abbiamo perso del tempo perché abbiamo dovuto aspettare che venissero ad aprirci con le chiavi i signori delle pulizie che per fortuna sono stati anche veloci). Il nostro letto era instabile e non comodissimo, soprattutto i cuscini troppi spessi e duri. Bagno piccolino, ma la cosa più fastidiosa l’odore di fogne in bagno.

Vanno migliorati/implementati gli accessori. Esempio: aggiungere un forno micronde.

Very modern and refurbished apartment. Excellent location close to amenities.

The apartment definitely needs to be equipped with more items! It is such a pity to have a beautiful modern kitchen, but several basic items are missing. To start off, the pots and pans are without lids, one time when boiling water the main power supply tripped because there was too much steam, the extractor was on full speed and it couldn't catch up with the amount of steam. We had to call the host and he had to explain how to go downstairs in a dark room to turn it back on. Very inconvenient! This could have been avoided if the pots and pans had lids. We complained about not having a chopping board - the host kindly got us a brand new one. There were no heat resistant mats to put a hot pot or pan on the countertop. The moka didn't work on the induction stove, when we complained to the host he told us to put a pan underneath it which it worked but there was a toxic smell of burnt plastic every time we used it because pans aren't suppose to be an adapter for a moka. It needs to have an induction adapter, not a pan! There wasn't any tea towels to dry the dishes and host expected us to leave everything tidy which we did but we had to wipe everything with tissue paper! When we complained they told us they do not provide that. The only mirror in the apartment was a half mirror in the bathroom. There is definitely space to hang a long mirror by the main door or between the kitchen and bedroom area. The bathroom had no hooks to hang the towels, no shelves to hold a simple make-up bag or clothes. We had to put everything on the floor! There were no extra pillows, no extra blankets, just a heavy duvet, it was too hot to sleep with a duvet and a blankets would have been more comfortable. The host needs to explain to the owner that these are very basic items that together will not cost more than €100-€150 to make the experience of the guest more comfortable. It's basic kitchen equipment, tea towels, a long mirror, and hooks in the bathroom!!
