The hotel environment is very quiet, and the breakfast is good. There is a self-service drinks station with several options to choose from.

I can’t believe how dirty the hot springs at this onsen hotel are! Both the public baths and the private onsen are extremely unclean. There are a lot of dirty floating substances in the water, clearly visible to the naked eye. As soon as you get into the pool, a large amount of white matter floats up to the surface, which is absolutely disgusting. It is obvious that the onsen pools have not been properly cleaned for a long time. This shows a serious lack of responsibility and respect toward guests. One of the hotel’s selling points is the “private onsen,” but in reality it requires advance reservation and is limited to only 45 minutes. It is not located in the room, and the photos are clearly misleading. On top of that, the onsen water was so dirty that we eventually chose to only take a shower. I am extremely angry and disappointed because we spent so much time, effort, and money traveling here for the onsen experience, only to find it so unacceptable and frustrating.

We liked everything - traditional Japanese style room, onsen, free drinks. There is a selection of snacks which you can buy here. There is a shared resting room with manga. There is even a bar (we didn't try anything from there, but it looked like there is a lot of drinks to choose from).

It's a long ride here, which is not a big deal, but be aware of the bus comming only at a very specific time. In google maps it says several times, but, if I understood correctly from the turist information center nearby: you need to call a specific telephone number for the bus to come on other than in the physical time table time. So basically - bus can come at Google maps specified times, but you need to call it in advance. Otherwise - it's one bus in the morning at about 10 o'clock and I think one bus in the evening? Which is not a big deal, if you know this info in advance :D , but we didn't :D

お風呂も通路が暗く風呂場も暗く、ゆっくりできない。
