The front desk guy was really nice and helpful. It was right by the riverwalk and fairly inexpensive.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke multiple times because the guest next door was smoking in his room. The front desk guy was very apologetic, but it was a small room so the smell was quite nauseating. Our room also didn't have any windows.
