Oteli beğendim ama yatak takımları yani çarşaflar nevresimler yastık kılıfları çok ama çok eski.Yıkanmaktan renkleri girileşmiş.Sanırım en az 7 veya 8 yıllık ve tam bir hayal kırıklığı.
SGDaisy at reception was amazing. Helped us with booking of tickets for buses and attractions etc- she went beyond her duties. Truly grateful!
Housekeeping did not clear the room on the third day. We had hung up the 'Make up room' sign, and didn't leave the room late (before 12pm). So had to call reception for fresh towels when we returned at night. However, they were prompt in taking action.
