GBIdeal location & apartment itself was clean enough!
To be rang 25 minutes before check in to be told it wouldn't be ready on time. And to have to keep messaging the host to find out if ready!! It wasn't ready until 4pm....2 hours after we arrived for our 2pm check in!! Once finally in, the entrance was stacked high with garbage, stinking! Then there was 5 adults, but only 4 places to sleep as there was NO SOFA BED AS STATED!! So 1 of our party had to sleep on the floor!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I again messaged the host to be told a previous guest had soiled it..Sorry!!! This is not our problem, so should have been replaced!! Also wasn't enough towels or bedding for 5 people. And the washing machine was left running. The furniture was all broken too!

GBLocation is fantastic right in the center. Plenty of parking about. Local parking is free after 6pm on Sat and all day on Sun. The flat was large, clean and tidy. Really fantastic value for money for the location. I would certainly use the property again in the future.
The main lobby of the building was full of rubbish which isn't very inviting. This isn't the fault of the flat owner though. Don't let it put you off the flat itself.

The entrance and building stairwells are in need of repair , and very dirty .The apartment is clean , but from the front door to the bedrooms and bathroom and living room shows that it is very well used and needs some attention to bring it up-to a good standard ..ie bedding all old and odd , white walls heavily marked , making look and feel very poor and need of a coat of paint , furniture broken .. very poor maintenance of property.
GBNice and clean in the actual apartment itself and was In a really good location in the centre of the town
Was cold when we arrived as heating hadn't been turned on the main heater in sitting room was broke so took quite a while to heat the apartment up and tv did not work there was sound but just a green screen. And the entrance to the apartment wasn't pleasant in terms of rubbish and decor.
