"A comfortable, well equipped guest house, halfway between a B&B and a hotel."

The 24/7 help-yourself kitchen was an excellent idea and the continental breakfast more than adequate. The water and tea/coffee facilities in the room were welcome. The grounds were lovely. Everything seemed very clean.

There was noticeable traffice noise but fortunately the road was quiet at night. There was a shower with the bath but no facility to take a shower, as there was no screen / curtain. The bath towels were almost too big!

"A beautiful property - well furnished, clean comfortable bed - plenty of choice for breakfast"

Comfort and cleanliness was much appreciated

Would have loved some protein with the breakfast - ham, cheese, boiled eggs. And plain yogurt, the only options were both, sweetened, fruit yogurts. A booklet or some short guide covering wifi password and how the breakfast works would be a good idea. The greenlight in our room was too powerful and our room was close to the busy, fast road - so we could hear the cars when we settled down to sleep - fortunately we were very tired.

"Country house feel just minutes away…."

Room, shower, bed, linen and quality of coffee, tea and breakfast. Despite being grab and go it was quality.

I think it’s very much work in progress and the price reflects that…I’ll definitely be back.

We had a suite comprising lounge and two bedrooms. There were tvs in each room and plentiful supplies of coffee and tea. The self service breakfast was regularly stocked and the parking and grounds were great. A real find
