I had an outstanding experience at this hotel in Accra. During my stay, I accidentally left my mobile phone in my room after checking out. The hotel staff immediately took the situation seriously and went above and beyond to help me recover it. From the front desk team to the management, everyone was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. They kept me informed throughout the process and made every effort to ensure my phone was safely returned to me. In today's world, finding such honest, trustworthy, and customer-focused people is rare. Their integrity and dedication gave me complete peace of mind, and I am truly grateful for their support. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent facilities and service but also for the honesty and kindness of its staff. Variety of breakfast Fitness room is so bad

The location of the Hotel is near both accra mall and the airport, it was a pleasant stay, the breakfast was great and the hospitality from the staff was exceptional.

The rooms were a bit old they need to renovate. The facilities for example the gym needs to be upgraded.
