Really funky and interesting decor. So much nicer once you’re inside the building.

The key fob was a bit tricky.

Really helpful owner and fantastic communication. Gave us a fab recommendation for breakfast too which was delicious. Lovely place.

Stairs too bedrooms were quite steep but manageable

It was close to the shopping centre

We booked because we were bringing the dog but once paid we were told pets couldnt stay alone.As we wanted to go shopping with our son at Uni this defeated the purpose of booking this place.Once we had managed the lock box and fobs the smell upon entering was overwhelming,like stale Pot. Inside there was no info/Instructions and no heating.The owner operated this else where.It was freezing cold with 2 old oil heaters that barely heated anything.My husband is 62 with mobility issues and the makeshift wooden stairs were lethal from bedroom to bathroom.It was dirty, bedding smelt foisty,2 used manky bars of soap left from previous guests,the bin hadn't been emptied from previous guests,wiring and extentions were dangerous,It also seems there was a party downstairs from the noise and banging at 3am this morning.Avoid this place,it was NOT worth £118.I have applied photos but unfortunately only able to post 4 and as there was so many issues I was unable to post them all.

Great location for utilita

A very good location for visiting my son in the spinal unit at Northern general hospital. Everything that I needed was in the flat. It’s nicely decorated, relatively quiet area, comfortable.

The steps to access the beds, very difficult and I didn’t realise by the photos.
