Il nostro soggiorno al The Kemilau é stato un sogno. Staff (dalla reception, alla caffetteria, ristorante, housekeeping) gentilissimo, sorridente e sempre disponibile. Pulizia eccellente. Colazione alla carta di ottima qualità. Dotazioni della camera oltre le aspettative. Il tutto immerso in una struttura dal gusto e design raffinato. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Ubud indimenticabile. Hanno oggettivamente un problema con i rumori derivanti da un cantiere confinante che non dipendono da loro, ma iniziano ad un orario accettabile e soprattutto lo staff onestissimo lo comunica in modo diretto in fase di prenotazione e lo ripetono al check in.

The hotel is super well located and you can walk to all the restaurants, bar and everything Ubud has to offer. The hotel is new and the design is beautiful. The gym is brand new and the staff was super helpful and responsive.

When we arrived we were allocated room 101 which smelled of humidity and mold. It was unbearable. Also, at night if the neighbor upstairs takes a shower we can hear the water go down through the drains very loud. It woke us up. Thankfully they changed our room and the new one was great.

الفندق جديد ونظيف وتم افتتاحه في يناير الماضي. يتميز بديكور وتصميم رائع، كما أن موقعه ممتاز في وسط أوبود. طاقم العمل متعاونون ولطفاء، أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق. ملاحظة: تصميم الحمام مطل على الغرفة مع ستائر تُسحب للأسفل، مما قد يؤثر على مستوى الخصوصية

absolutamente todo es espectacular !! La ubicación, el personal, la limpieza, la comodidad, el olor de todo, la piscina, gimnasio. Este hotel debería ser 5 estrellas por lo excelente que es. Aquí volveremos

This property was wonderful the staff were incredible and the spa was even better. The short walk to the city centre was easy, keep in mind traffic is quite bad heading into the afternoon. But overall was a wonderful stay!

The restaurant and breakfast wasn’t great, it was very simple and quite strict in what you can order with your stay. If you wanted for example extra hash brown you would need to pay for this. Dinner menu was okay, but plenty of places around either great food also in short distance walk.

Staff at the Kemilau were great right from the beginning of our stay. Special mention to Alex who taught us a new Balinese word every time we went through reception. We had the swim up suite which was excellent, definitely worth paying extra for the convenience. The hotel and rooms are very modern. The location is great, a few minutes walk to some great restaurants and shops.
