The Kemilau Ubud

What an absolutely stunning hotel! Everything about this place feels truly 5-star. The breakfast was simply wow — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The room and bathroom were spotless, elegant, and full of premium touches. Every detail showed class and comfort. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Especially Alex, who was exceptionally kind and always ready to help. He greeted us warmly every day and made sure we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. His thoughtful attitude and warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Thanks to him and the entire team, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our trip. We would definitely love to come back again!

One thing that could be improved is the number of mosquitoes around the property. There were quite a lot, so having more mosquito repellent or prevention measures would make the stay even more comfortable.

I love that hotel, it feels like home. The rooms are so incredible cosy, good lightening, beautiful open bathroom, the staff is super friendly. The small coffee shop in the lobby has the best Matcha lattes and nice they open very early

They have a big issue with towels and I would really encourage the manager to buy additional towels to solve that issue. There are often no fresh towels after the room was cleaned as they are late in receiving them from laundry service and they have not enough towels for guests. Forget about pool towels. And when you check out they make you wait to check if you stole towels. Which is ridiculous as I just spent $1500 in that hotel, I will not steal the old and used towels from them. I mean Ikea Indonesia sells a pack of 4 handtowels for 50k. Please invest in towels and don't annoy your guests with checking the room if they take one of the towels home, this is so petty. Sometimes there is sewage smell from outside. Hallways are very noisy

Everything amazing, the young staff are so friendly & helpful. The resort is stunning, rooms are extremely cosy and comfortable. The lightening, beautiful open bathroom, the amenities. Perfect

The wifi is disconnecting often There is an issue with towels, often you have to ask again and again to bring towels The street where the hotel is in, is always super congested from 2 pm onwards. It can take an hour by car so plan ahead and walk back

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the outdoor area of the hotel and especially the pool area was very beautiful and stylish

There’s a lurk but if noise because often construction, but this thing is not on the staff’s hand so be polite and clement to them.

Its a beautiful property indeed. Had it been a bit more peaceful it would have been a dream.

Constant NOISE! Construction works next door go from 7.30am to 9pm, there is a club next door that blazes disco from 4pm to 11pm, just a big mesh of CONSTANT NOISE. No way to peacefully relax, while in the pics it gives such peaceful vibes. They should warn clients in advance. Shame, would have probable loved it otherwise.
