Communication was consistent and quick if I needed to ask a question or organise anything. Ayoub and his team were all super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time exploring Marrakesh and helped with planing my travels around other parts of Morocco, often packing my breakfast if I needed to leave early that day. Cleaning was very thorough and constant especially since facilities are shared and everyday I came back and my bed was made up neatly! I would definitely recommend especially as a solo female traveller, was nice being around others during communal breakfast and discussing recommendations/itineraries. There’s a reason the hostel is rated so highly! Thank you so much!

The female dorm is along the entrance so when people came in from outside or were talking in the communal areas late at night I could easily hear but didn’t prevent me from sleeping

The owners/managers really care about keeping the floors clean and have "house" slippers for everyone. Breakfast included one or two types of pan-cooked bread served high-quality peanut butter and jam for dipping as well as a fried egg. I appreciated that there were bedside lockers in the shared room I stayed in. No complaints about the shared room. Location is very, very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa central market. There is also a taxi stage just downstairs/at the entrance of the hostel but I primarily used motorbikes to get around. I appreciated the hospitality of the owners!

The showers could be better maintained. One day there was hot water but the next day there was none. I wish breakfast could be served a bit earlier if specially requested.

Ayoub is very helpful and nice. He takes care of everything you need. The place it's well located and very clean. Breakfast was soooo amazing 😍🤤

Very friendly staff, very close to the centre

The staff is very guest-oriented. They arranged my transfer from the airport even though my flight arrived at 1 a.m. The location is very convenient, riad is extremely clean, and the rooftop gathering area is beautiful. Also Ahmed somehow has all the answers to my questions :)

As a coffee junkie, I would have preferred coffee with breakfast instead of tea, but I understand it’s not part of Moroccan culture 😔
