I would like to thank all the hotel staff! Irina, Aura, and the Egyptian receptionist were extremely helpful! They were very polite and always available to assist us. We loved the place and the entire hotel infrastructure! Thank you for your attention and kindness.

The only minor inconvenience was that, because the hotel is located a bit farther from the city center, it was sometimes difficult to find a Bolt ride.

The atmosphere is very country club. Rooms are a bit small but very well appointed, with bath robes and slippers and toiletries, mini-bar also is a highlight. We sepend a romantic night with my wife and the atmosphere, quiet, room ambiance was perfect. Restaurant is also very good with very friendly and knoleadgeble staff, great steak and starters. And of course the horses, you can see them, you can ride them for a fee.

The bath mirror has a lighting that goes on and off from a proximity sensor, it is set for a very long time and i got the impression that it doesn't go off at all, maybe a small sticker clearing it in the bathroom will help.
