"Fantastic house, scenic terrasse."

Fantastic location, very well equipped house, both interior and outdoor facilities. Quiet terrasse looking up to the Pico and viewing the sea. Five minutes drive (or 15 min walk) to a beautiful sea natural pool. In the UNESCO wineyards of the island. A wonderful choice.

"A good price for Pico and a nice place. Could be great with a better cleaning."

The house has a great view and a nice garden area. A quiet area with a view to the ocean and also towards Pico.

Cleaning could be better. Kitchen utilities were not great and the washing tool was smelling terrible. No way of using it.
