BEMy stay at Hayah Al Salam Al Fadi Hotel was unfortunately not entirely positive. The reception staff were not friendly at all. My check-in time was supposed to be 4:00 PM, but when I arrived at 5:00 PM, I was still asked to wait without any proper explanation. When I finally checked in, I was only given a key card with no information. I had to ask myself which floor my room was on and where to go. The check-out was also not handled well. My check-out time was around 11:30 AM or 12:00 PM, but before that time, my key card was already deactivated. Because of this, I couldn’t access my room to get my luggage.
