AN Hotel chennai airport

Room was clean and location was good.

Amenities not provided such as toiletries, electric cattle, intercom, blanket was without cover, no room service, if you need any help, you have to walk up to the reception, further the worst part, if no current available in area then most of the lights and AC will not be working, only fan and 1light was connected to the inverter which was very uncomfortable. Overall stay was very bad. They charged extra saying additional taxes.

Clean room

The location was very good for getting to the airport and the shuttle service worked well. The room was very clean and seemed to have been recently decorated. The shower worked well.

Firstly, the biggest problem was finding the hotel as the address is incomplete (no number on the road and no landmarks to indicate the location) and the hotel actually has a different name on its sign - it is called ARN Residency, not AN Hotel, so we were not sure if it was the right place. There were no towels, no toilet paper and no top sheet on the bed, so we had to sleep with just a blanket over us. When I asked for towels and toilet paper, I was initially given one towel (for two people), but when I asked for another one, I was given it rather grudgingly. However, I was told that I couldn’t have any toilet paper, even though the description on Booking.com specifically says that this is provided. The staff were rather offhand and not particularly friendly, but this may just have been because they didn’t speak much English. This was all a great pity, because the room itself was nice.
