The location is in the market and about 3 km to Chennai international airport. Staff was good and ground floor has a restaurant and stay is on the 2nd floor now called ARN Residency.

The price was high for the rooms, facilities etc. Difficult to find the location as the name has changed from AN to ARN Residency.

"Customer service school required"

Close to airport, only 10 min max, R200 about right for tuk. Room was ok but bit grubby. Hairs on pillow so obviously not seen washing machine

Guy on reception was obnoxious, increased cost. Booking.com are complicit in this as states tax + charges ? Just give price so no argument.would not give key to room till paid him.
