Sehr schönes Haus und Garten. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Wunderbar erholsame Atmosphäre eines alten traditionellen Hauses mit zuvorkommendem und freundlichem Service. Das Frühstück ist perfekt und der Onsen im Zimmer ein Luxus. Toll gelegen und zwischen Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Alles grosse Klasse, mit viel Liebe.

Struttura da sogno. Un mini appartamento con giardino con tutti i comfort stile giapponese. Lo staff a dir poco cordiale simpatico e sempre disponibile. L esperienza della cena e della colazione unica. L atmosfera è unica e ti dà un senso di accoglienza e relax. Quando sono entrata la prima volta nella struttura mi sono letteralmente emozionata. Troppo nella 😍

Un moment merveilleux dans un superbe ryokan pour découvrir kanasawa

Lors du dîner ( nous étions simplement tous les 2 ) au restaurant au comptoir, le fait d’avoir en permanence les 2 serveurs en face de nous, nous regardant manger. C’est assez déstabilisant ! Est ce un us et coutume au Japon ! Par contre le dîner était EXCELLENT et les serveurs très sympathiques.

Every host at Machi no Odoriba was so welcoming and kind to me and my friends. They were extremely accommodating to our allergies for breakfast and dinner. Going to 100% come back soon!

Amazing location and staff were courteous. We had a great time here with dinner at the restaurant across the Ryokan which catered to our requirements (vegan and vegetarian) and really nice to experience authentic Japanese cuisine. The private bath was great as well as being provided with the samue and yukata to use. We had breakfast at the Ryokan which was really good and had drinks such as warm apple juice and teas and coffees available. It was reasonably close to areas we wanted to visit such as Higashi Chaya and Omicho Market.

Nothing really - all very good. It's a small Ryokan which was perfect for our needs and party of 3.
