Palazzo di Irene

Perfect location in the center of the old town. Maria from the property was very helpful and polite, explained everything, was ready to help us any time. The rooms were clean, we had everything that we need, nothing was broken. The only problem was the sauna in the Aris apartment, when I turned it on, the electricity turned off in the whole apartment. The same happened 2-3 times in row, in the end the issue was fixed on its own and I enjoyed the sauna, I do not want to ruin the rating only because of that. The management promised to have a look at this issue, hopefully other customers will not face this issue.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα στη διαμονή μας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η τοποθεσία μαγική και δεν λείπει τίποτα από το δωμάτιο.

Η σάουνα δεν πήρε εύκολα θερμοκρασία αλλά ίσως εμείς δεν κάναμε κάτι σωστά.

This was a special place to stay in Chania, beautiful building, everything comfortable, extremely attentive and responsive host. We recommend it fully!

L'accueil était très gentil, une bonne communication avec l'hotesse. Nous avons pu récépérer les clés dans la boite à clé, elle est arrivée un peu plus tard pour nous donner des indications. L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre, tout est accessible à pied. Une attention est portée au décor, avec un style chaleureux. La rue est pleine de restaurants, mais le double vitrage est efficace et nous n'avons pas eu trop de bruit en suirée.

Ce n'est pas très grand et en particulier pour petit déjeuner sur place à 4 la table basse est un peu juste. Mais ça vaut le coup, pour être bien central, et c'est conforme à la desciption.

Charming and in a great location

Ένα κατάλυμα σε άψογη τοποθεσία, στην καρδιά της Παλιάς Πόλης, σε ένα γραφικό στενάκι με διαφορων ειδών μαγαζιά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενεστατοι και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικοί. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό, άνετο, με πολλούς χώρους, υπέροχη αισθητική. Γλυκιά πινελιά το ότι υπήρχαν βασικά είδη στην κουζίνα όπως καφές, νερό, είδη πρωινού. Ένα πολύ όμορφο μπαλκονάκι που συμπλήρωνε την αίσθηση του απόλυτα οικείου και ζεστού περιβάλλοντος που βρήκαμε. Θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά με μεγάλη χαρά.
