Beautiful home in a picturesque location Beds lovely and comfortable

House not the same as photographs. All rooms now have twin beds. No wardrobes only drawers in each room Games room is now a bedroom. Snooker table missing most of its balls Unable to use log burner as required a service Smell from open fire was dreadful , so could only use once No dustpan , so could not brush floors Shower only a trickle Not in a remote location as photographs suggest. Large warehousing/ garage complex at side of garden . Annexe attached to home which is presumably rented out

We appreciated the location, close to lots of hiking and Balmoral Castle. It had plenty of beds and was spacious. The owner was responsive and kind, especially when a piece of lost luggage was delivered after our stay. She was helpful in coordinating getting the item back to us! The house also had a clothes dryer which we really enjoyed!

There were a few things which could have been a bit cleaner. We found pet hair on floors and in the kitchen.

Furniture didn’t match pictures advertised. Not really a family home more hostel vibes. Lots of twin divan beds and no wardrobes or soft furnishings

Well equipped accommodation in a quiet location. The setting in the surrounding area is beautiful. The property has spacious rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I really liked the location and I liked the garden.

The house only has one bathroom and toilet, which is in the bathroom. If you are there with more than 4 people it is not very practicle. The internet didn't work and couldn't be fixed

Location.

Internet does not work. No heating or controls. All fires out of order. House was 8c for first 1 and half days with a 2 year old baby it was unacceptable.
