ATIch habe 8 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Zu aller erst muss man das gesamte Personal hervorheben, freundlich und zuvorkommen, und jederzeit um den Gast bemüht. Das zeigte sich speziell auch, als es zu Beginn Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck der Dusche gab. Ich erhielt ein anderes Zimmer, und am nächsten Tag wurde der Mangel behoben. Unabhängig davon wurde ich auf ein Superior Zimmer upgegradet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot ausreichend Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Das Bett war überaus komfortabel, separate Sitzgelegenheit und ein richtiger Schreibtisch waren vorhanden. Durch die perfekte Isolierung der Fenster war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig. Super war auch der 55" große Smart TV, über den ich auf meinen YouTube Account zugreifen, und Videos schauen konnte. Mein Motorrad konnte ich auf dem gesicherten Parkplatz abstellen.
Trotz des geräumigen Badezimmers war keine getrennte Dusche vorhanden, weshalb nach einer Dusche alles nass war. Es wäre problemlos möglich eine Duschwand zu erreichten. Das WLAN ist für ein solches Hotel unter jeder Würde. Die Geschwindigkeit für Up- und Download betrug ca. 4 Mbit/s, das ist definitiv nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Im nächsten Hotel, das nicht annähernd den Standard des Olive Hotels bietet betrug die Downloadgeschwindigkeit 37,9 Mbit/s und die Upload Geschwindigkeit 23,9 Mbit/s. Das sind Werte die man sich heutzutage erwarten darf.

GBRoom was comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff at reception were incredible and made me feel welcome.
For tourism the location isn't the best.
INThe Service was exceptional. The Staff was the most courteous i have ever come across. i think the service is the key element of Olive. Gr88 Job done by the Management and the entire team. Keep it up.
