NZI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Olive Hotel in Kashmir, and it was an absolute dream. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and tranquility. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was a cozy haven, with a super comfy bed and a stunning view of the mountains. I loved how the room was decorated with traditional Kashmiri touches, giving it a real local feel. The bathroom was spotless, and the fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel's restaurant was a real highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great mix of local and international dishes. I especially loved the Kashmiri Wazwan – it was a feast for the senses! The dining area itself was beautiful, with big windows overlooking the stunning scenery. One thing I really appreciated about the hotel was its location. It was close to all the main attractions, but still felt secluded and peaceful. It was the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Kashmir. Overall, my stay at the Olive Hotel was fantastic. It's a beautiful hotel with great staff, delicious food, and a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Kashmir.

USIt was very clean and the facilities were very nice. Compared to other stays we have stayed at in India, it was much better. And in Kashmir, I will tell you that it is nearly impossible to find anyplace that has adequate heating in winter time. This place has good heating. We were relieved. That staff was also very caring. We will definably book this hotel again when/ if we come back to Kashmir. Great quality hotel.
I wish the rooms had nice rug to make it more cultured to Kashmir way of living. Almost everywhere else we stayed has beautifully designed carpeting or rugs. Also, breakfast seemed a little disorganized/ confusion in the morning.
