NLIn het centrum van de stad, alles makkelijk bereikbaar.
Teveel (kleine) ruimtes, saai ingericht, slechte verlichting (vooral direct licht vanuit het midden van het plafond ipv schemerverlichting of indirecte verlichting), twee balkons, maar met uitzicht alleen op enorme hoge gebouwen, schoorstenen en antennes. Geen goeie handdoek of theedoek in de keuken. Douchekop heeft onderhoudsbeurt nodig, matje in de douche dient te worden gewassen. Gasten aanspreken op rookgedrag, want er hangt duidelijk een oude geur van rook.
